Brief Description
Not all existing data jacks may be activated for use right away. The IT department may need to activate a data jack due to an office move or due to the fact that the data jack was never utilized before.

Any individual can request to have a data jack activated.

Please submit a service request in order to have the existing data jack activated if it isn't working when you connect your device to it.
