How to Change the Alternate/ Password Recovery Email?

Navigate to your
Microsoft Account page
Sign in if prompted to do so using your Lakeland issued email (username@lakeland.edu)
Select 'Update Info' under the 'Security Info' tab
The page should show you the different sign-in methods
From this page, select the change button on the right of the email
Enter a new email and press 'Next'
A code will be sent to your new email
Enter the code in the box and select 'Next'
Your new email will appear on the 'Security Info' page now
