Using the uniFLOW Online Mobile App
Secure Mobile Printing and QR Code Print Release

The uniFLOW Online Print & Scan mobile application allows you to securely submit print jobs and release them from Canon printers across campus using your smartphone.

Before You Begin
You will need:
- A Lakeland University account
- The uniFLOW Online Print & Scan mobile app

Step 1: Install the Mobile App
Apple iPhone/iPad
- Open the App Store
- Search for uniFLOW Online Print & Scan

- Select the app published by NT-ware / Canon
- Tap Get
Android
- Open Google Play Store
- Search for uniFLOW Online Print & Scan

- Tap Install
Step 2: Sign In
Apple iPhone/iPad
- On a separate device, navigate to this website: https://lakeland.us.uniflowonline.com/. Select Continue with Lakeland University and sign-in with your Lakeland credentials.
- Once signed in, please select the mobile app icon in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Open the app on your mobile device and select Next.

On your mobile device, select the login option Login via QR code.

On your mobile device, take the 6 digit code and enter it in the secret field on your separate device from step 2. Select Next.

On your mobile device, select Scan QR code and scan the QR code that is displayed on your separate device. It should automatically sign you in once you have scanned that code. You can click on Close from your separate device that was displaying the QR code.
Android
- On a separate device, navigate to this website: https://lakeland.us.uniflowonline.com/. Select Continue with Lakeland University and sign-in with your Lakeland credentials.
- Once signed in, please select the mobile app icon in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Open the app on your mobile device and select Next.

4. On your mobile device, take the 6 digit code and enter it in the secret field on your separate device from step 2. Select Next.


5. On your mobile device, select Scan QR code and scan the QR code that is displayed on your separate device. It should automatically sign you in once you have scanned that code. You can click on Close from your separate device that was displaying the QR code.
Step 3: Submit a Print Job
- Open the uniFLOW Online app on your mobile device.
- Tap Print.
- Select a Print option:
- Select file
- Select photo
- Take picture
- Review the print settings.
- Tap Add to queue.
Your document will be placed into your secure print queue. The app supports uploading documents, PDFs, images, and Office files. [apps.apple.com], [play.google.com]
Step 4: Release Your Print Job
After arriving at a Canon printer:
- Wake the printer display.
- Open the uniFLOW Online App on your mobile device.
- Select the document(s) from your queue
- Then tap Release job(s)
- On the printer's display, tap Mobile Release QR.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the printer.
- Your print job will immediately release.
Viewing and Managing Print Jobs
The mobile app allows you to:
- Delete unwanted print jobs
- Review previously submitted print jobs

Security Best Practices
✔ Only release print jobs when standing at the printer.
✔ Collect all printed documents immediately.
✔ Delete jobs you no longer need.
✔ Sign out of shared mobile devices.

Your print job remains in your secure print queue for 24 hours.
Can I print from my phone?
