Opening Applications on Remote Gateway

Opening applications on the remote gateway is now a little different. You will see a Fortinet logo and have to select an option before opening an application to bypass the MFA request.

1. After opening an application from the remote gateway, there is an extra step that is now required. Once an application is selected and it is opening up, you will now see this screen below:

2. Please select the arrow next to OTP in order to proceed with opening the application. It won't require you to approve a MFA request.
