Press the Windows Key or the Start menu
Next, type in
software center
, and this result below should appear
Press enter and a new window should appear with a bunch of different icons like the photo below:
In the search bar, type in the name of the software you like to install on that computer (for example, Microsoft Office 365)
Click on the icon and you should get a new screen, from here you can press the blue box to install the software
