Option A:
If you are using the Outlook application installed on your computer, the shared mailbox will automatically show up on the left-hand side within the application. It may take up to a few hours for the mailbox to show up and you may have to close Outlook and re-open it in order for the changes to take affect.

Option B:
If you are using the online version of Outlook, here are the instructions on how to add the shared mailbox once you are logged into your account.
1. On the left-hand side of your screen, right-click "Folders" and select add shared folder.

2. Enter in the shared mailbox e-mail address then select "Add" in order to add that mailbox to Outlook online. The mailbox will now appear on the left-hand side of your screen. You may have to click the arrow to the left of the mailbox in order to expand all folders.
