Option A:
If you are using the Outlook application or Outlook (classic) for Windows 11 installed on your computer, the shared mailbox will automatically show up on the left-hand side within the application. It may take up to a few hours for the mailbox to show up and you may have to close Outlook and re-open it in order for the changes to take affect.

Option B:
If you are using the online version of Outlook or the new Outlook application, here are the instructions on how to add the shared mailbox once you are logged into your account.
1. On the left-hand side of your screen, click on the 3 dots next to your e-mail address and select add shared folder or mailbox.

2. Enter in the shared mailbox e-mail address then select "Continue" and "Close" to add the mailbox. The mailbox will now appear on the left-hand side of your screen. You may have to click the arrow to the left of the mailbox in order to expand all folders.

3. Select the "X" in the Settings section to return to your mailbox. The mailbox will now appear on the left-hand side of your screen. You may have to click the arrow to the left of the mailbox in order to expand all folders.
