Observed Behavior
Either an HTTP 404 error appears, or the following "404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
Resolution/Workaround
It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers to access Blackboard courses. As Microsoft addresses this issue, please make sure your copy of the Edge browser is updated to the most recent version or adjust the following Microsoft Edge Settings: Microsoft Edge update settings
1. Open Edge settings
2. Select Downloads
3. Set Open Office files in the Browser to Off
