Hello,
I am having difficulty connecting to the new “launch” virtual classroom. One day, I would be able to join, one day, I cannot.
Like today, I used 3 devices to login to Blackboard launch class, finally the last attempt, I was able to get in.
I tried launching the class through the App, google chromes, and safari.
What do I need to do so this won’t be happening again? Also, this new platform is not user friendly at all.
