Changing Lakeland Account Password

  1. Click on this link to go to your Microsoft account
  2. Clicking on the link will open a new tab, on the new tab enter your Lakeland issued email.
  3. After hitting 'Next', the page will bring you to the Lakeland Single-Sign On page, on this page enter your Lakeland password.
    • Note: This may trigger your MFA
  4. Once the password is entered, you will see this page. Please select 'Change Password' on the left-hand side. 
  5. A new pop-up will appear where you will enter in your new password. For information about our password policy, please click this link: https://services.lakeland.edu/TDClient/90/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=900. 
  6. Once the form is filled out, select 'Submit' and you will receive confirmation once you password has been changed.
